Meet the Founders

Harry and Brenda McDaniel reside in Liberty, TX. They are faithful to their home church in Liberty, The Father’s House. They have been married for 43 years ( as of 2023 ), have four children and 7 grandchildren. They both were born again as young teenagers. Brenda is the Founder and President of And U Clothed Me Ministries. Harry is on the B. O. D. and works hand in hand with her.

Here is a little bit of their story.

Harry has been on the evangelistic field since he was a young child. He traveled with his family singing group. As a teenager, he went to the altar and wept for the lost. Ever since then he has had a burning desire to see the lost saved.

In 1980 Harry & Brenda got married, their entire first year marriage was spent in full time evangelism, as they traveled with his family singing group “ The McDaniel’s” as the lead singer. After that year, Harry left the family group, and they continued to travel the United States singing and preaching the Gospel on a part time basis. Harry also led Praise & Worship for many years during this time. They even pastored a church at one point. Harry & Brenda said “It was a great learning experience for us, and we helped the church through a very hard time.” Eventually they entered back into full time ministry, traveling on a tour bus with their 4 children, evangelizing the United States for many years. Brenda said “Our kids can tell you some stories of life on the road! Some good, some not so good, some funny and some pretty amazing ones! It’s some of our best memories.” Their children even began ministering with Harry through singing and quoting scripture verses on stage, at a very young age. They have always been in some form of ministry all of their years of marriage, whether it be praise and worship, pastoring, evangelism, or on a one to one basis. They say “Sharing the Gospel is in our blood.

But we never really felt the call of Evangelism in the form of Missionaries. ” Although Harry did go on a 2 week mission trip to Mexico in the early years of ministry. Throughout all the years of ministry Brenda has always been in the background, serving and supporting her husband and raising her children. She says “And I was COMPLETELY happy with that. I never wanted to be the one on stage, with all eyes on me.” But in 2015 she had the opportunity to go on a 2 week mission trip to Uganda,Africa. And that began the journey that led them to where they are today: in Uganda Africa where they are missionaries and evangelize in the form of a Sewing Center. They teach young girls to sew and empower them with life sustaining skills, ALL FOR FREE. This gives them the opportunity to share the love of Jesus in a different way. They continue to have many salvations and rededications simply because of the love of God they show. They do this in a very tangible way; either by empowering them with life sustaining skills, feeding and clothing them, or just simply loving on them. Mother Theresa said “Preach the gospel at all times and when necessary use words.” Jesus often fed the crowds and healed them, meeting their physical needs first, before he shared the love of the Father with them.

We are dedicated to seeing the Gospel of Jesus Christ spread across the globe in whatever avenue He leads us. He has our YES.

Pray for Harry & Brenda as they continue to fulfill the call of God in their lives.
